But
before that I would love to mention , I got 7 more friends since my
last post. And I would like to thank them all for their appreciation.
Now coming to the card. I have already made two shaker cards. This is my third. I just love making them. I got a new leaf punch yesterday. So I decided to make shaker card with leaves.
To make this card I first colored a paper with watercolors using wet on wet technique. I am new with watercolors. I tried to create an ombre effect.Then I cut out a leaf from the middle and attached acetate sheet behind it. I did some doodling on the would be bg and toned down the black color with a sheet of opaque plastic. Punched many leaves in autumn colors and mixed them with some sequins to make the shaker element.Then I attached the colored paper on the doodled one with foam tape making the shaker. Finally attached a handcut "Love" on top along with some blings. I used the cut out leaf inside the card.
